- Anatomically shaped torso, arms and legs eliminates excess bulk and improves aqua dynamics
- 3mm neoprene comfort-fit neck seal
- 360 degree swivel inflator valve (default placement on the center of the chest)
- Adjustable low-profile exhaust valve (default valve placement on upper left arm)

- HD Bottleneck latex wrist seals with talc bag
- 2-needle “felled seam” construction and reinforced “critical-wear” seam points
- KEPROTEC® by SCHOELLER knee protection is an extremely abrasion and tear resistant fabric. Incorporates Kevlar™ for the highest degree of protection from unwanted punctures and tears

- Removable inflator valve backer pad reduces discomfort as a result of the “squeeze” at depths. The backer pad is made from noncompressible 3-D Spacer material that provides unrestricted airflow when pressed against the diver’s chest

After 8 years with this dry suit and over 300 dives I am very happy with this drysuit. The first HDC Tech Dry BARE sent me had a few figment issues and started leaking within a few months. After speaking with BAREs rep, the offered to remake me a custom sized suit at no cost. I still remember that excellent customer experience to this day and always recommend BARE to my friends and colleagues in the diving/water sport world. Beyond the customer service, this is an amazing suit at a reasonable price point. The Kevlar knee pads are an awesome feature for rugged west coast diving and the durability of the material has proven to hold up to the rigours of over 100 tech dives, many inside of wrecks with lots of cut hazards. While the second suit BARE made for me is still dry, I have always had issues with the neoprene in the mid section/zipper wicking up moisture. I’ve never been soaking wet but I always seems to be a little damp in that area. I would absolutely buy another one for my next suit, but I’m not so sure that will be anytime soon as I am just now replacing the neck seal after 7 years on the second suit.
